ID Technology, part of ProMach, is currently seeking a Die Cutter Operator in Fresno, CA. As part of this role, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality flexographic label products while embodying a team-oriented and quality-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and efficiently operate the Finishing Die Cutter machinery.
• Conduct rewind and inspection processes to examine products after printing presses.
• Assess finished products based on specific quality specifications and standard criteria.
• Package finished goods according to detailed packaging guidelines.
• Assist in the setup of other finishing equipment as required.
• Track and communicate progress and any production issues with the Production Manager.
• Develop proficiency in using daily operational tools and processes.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe, clean working environment.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Previous experience or comfort working in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with or willingness to learn operating small machinery.
• Self-driven with the ability to perform independently.
• Ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy under work demands.
• Effective communication skills and a cooperative team spirit.
