Responsibilities

• Fabricate DT parts accurately and within designated timelines.
• Comply rigorously with provided work instructions and process documentation to fulfill client requirements.
• Keep the workstation clean, orderly, and safe at all times by adhering to standard safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with production colleagues to enhance manufacturing procedures and boost productivity.
• Conduct routine upkeep and calibration of diamond turning machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot production challenges promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain precise production records and reports aligned with quality assurance standards.
• Support orientation and skill development of new technicians through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
• Keep abreast of the latest techniques and advancements in diamond turning technology.

Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent educational credential.
• Experience in manufacturing or production settings, preferred but not mandatory.
• Keen attention to detail with the capability to follow exacting guidelines.
• Excellent manual dexterity and coordination between sight and hand movements.
• Foundational knowledge of mechanical and optical principles.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies and processes and adapting accordingly.
