Diabetes Educator Specialist

Overview

We seek a dedicated Diabetes Educator Specialist responsible for delivering education, training, and ongoing clinical support to patients with diabetes and healthcare professionals. This role focuses on facilitating safe and effective use of diabetes management devices and therapeutic products to enhance patient outcomes and promote treatment adherence.

Primary Duties

• Provide comprehensive education and product training to patients managing diabetes.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to engage patients effectively.
• Conduct follow-up interactions and offer clinical assistance to ensure continuity of care.
• Compile reports, monitor patient progress, and coordinate across functional teams.
• Uphold customer satisfaction while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Health Education, Biomedical Engineering, or related healthcare discipline.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ relevant experience in diabetes education, patient support services, healthcare training, or medical device settings.
