Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a proficient DevSecOps Specialist to lead the design and deployment of secure Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines within our Cybersecurity team.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement secure, reusable CI/CD pipelines incorporating security controls and quality assurance gates.
- Integrate application security testing and vulnerability management practices thoroughly throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Offer expert technical advice, solution design, and hands-on support during implementation stages.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including security, software architecture, development, and platform engineering.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in DevSecOps, cybersecurity, or platform engineering environments.
- Strong practical knowledge using GitLab CI/CD tools, Argo CD/GitOps frameworks, and Static Application Security Testing (SAST) tools.
- Deep understanding of Application Security (AppSec), automation practices, policy-as-code methodologies, and secure-by-design principles.
