DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We seek a Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure cloud and Kubernetes to architect, implement, and oversee enterprise-grade DevOps infrastructure. The role involves building scalable DevOps systems, managing cloud platforms, and automating delivery pipelines to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain robust DevOps platforms along with CI/CD workflows.
• Automate provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and other operational processes to ensure efficiency.
• Administer Azure cloud services focusing on security, uptime, and optimal performance.
• Deploy containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Utilize Helm and Ansible to develop deployment automation mechanisms.
• Construct and support monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues within production and infrastructure environments.
• Work with software development teams to enhance release processes and platform stability.
• Incorporate DevSecOps principles and use infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
• Maintain compliance standards, security measures, and operational best practices.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud platform management.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and version control using Git.
• Hands-on experience with container technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Skilled in deployment automation tools including Helm and Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging using ELK and EFK stacks.
• Competent in scripting with Python and Bash for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with secrets management via HashiCorp Vault.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Extended skills with observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Understanding of code quality and security assessment using SonarQube.
• Automation scripting using PowerShell.
