About the Role
Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding FinTech scale-up as a DevOps Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the cloud infrastructure and securing the platform during a significant growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and sustain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Utilize core AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, and others to support system operations.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
- Oversee AWS networking components, including VPCs, subnets, security groups, routing, and connectivity management.
- Apply Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
- Implement comprehensive platform hardening and security protocols across the AWS environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated commercial background in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly EC2 and Lambda.
- Proficient with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
- Experienced in designing and administering CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Strong knowledge of AWS networking architecture, including VPCs, subnets, routing, and security group configurations.
- Solid understanding of cloud security principles and platform hardening techniques.
