Job description
Role Overview
iO Associates are recruiting for two DevOps Engineer positions based in Bristol, working a hybrid schedule of three days per week on-site. These permanent roles aim to support client growth by refining development and operational workflows, ensuring fast and dependable software delivery through enhanced infrastructure and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software release processes.
- Automate provisioning and configuration of infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance deployment methodologies.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Uphold secure and compliant infrastructure and deployment standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven commercial experience in DevOps utilizing cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Competent scripting abilities in Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, plus Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Possession of active Security Clearance (SC) is highly advantageous.
