Role Overview

The Developer Community Specialist will be based in Limerick, Ireland, reporting to the Director of Developer Relations. This individual contributor role involves leading and executing community programs designed to build brand credibility, increase awareness, and foster a dynamic developer ecosystem across ADI platforms and partners. Traveling regionally and occasionally internationally is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of ADI-owned developer community programs including ideation, planning, marketing, execution, content creation, and performance measurement for events such as meetups and hackathons.
• Promote a blended digital and physical community engagement across forums like developer.analog.com, ez.analog.com, and GitHub to build an inclusive and trusted developer base.
• Manage ADI's participation and commitment to open-source initiatives such as the Linux Foundation and Zephyr Project, enhancing developer involvement and success.
• Implement the Collaborative Community strategic pillars by overseeing playbooks, calendars, and operational actions to ensure scalable program delivery.
• Optimize ecosystem return on investment by converting passive memberships into active engagement and measuring value across external community platforms.
• Function as a conduit between ADI and external developer communities, linking feedback and insights to internal teams to reduce barriers and drive faster time-to-value.
• Drive community activation efforts through nurturing campaigns, engagement follow-ups, and ongoing communication to deepen relationships within the ADI Developer Portal.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track community health metrics and program effectiveness, making data-backed adjustments as necessary.
• Coordinate communications and deliverables with external open-source communities and organizational partners.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preference for candidates located in the EU, particularly Ireland.
• Proven experience in community management with a strong focus on scalable developer or partner community programs that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated stewardship in open-source program participation.
• Success in converting community presence into sustained activity and tracking long-term health metrics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills with vendors, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a technical background.
• Availability for travel as necessary for community events, estimated at about 10%.
• Compliance with export licensing regulations may apply depending on citizenship and required access to technical data.
