Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Developer to join our team responsible for the development and maintenance of the Life Asia / Integral platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth, hands-on exposure to Life Asia / Integral development for a minimum of two years, actively contributing beyond just support tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Engage actively in developing and sustaining the Life Asia / Integral platform, leveraging a strong grasp of its architecture and configuration capabilities.
- Develop and customize platform components using relevant programming languages such as Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting/XML tailored to the platform’s version.
- Construct and optimize SQL queries to facilitate reporting, troubleshoot issues, and support data migration processes.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of life insurance operations to translate business needs effectively into platform customizations and code implementations.
- Develop and maintain system integrations connecting Life Asia with external systems like core banking, payment gateways, and customer portals via APIs or web services.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve production bugs independently to ensure smooth platform operation.
- Create thorough technical documentation including specifications, change logs, and user or technical manuals to support ongoing platform management.
