Job Overview
Go Auto is seeking dedicated Detailers who take pride in transforming vehicles to look better than when they originally left the factory. This role goes beyond basic car cleaning—it's about attention to detail and delivering a pristine finished product every time. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, providing continuous work without downtime.
Work Environment
- Monthly sales volume of 200-230 new vehicles and 80-100 used vehicles
- Approximately 130 service appointments daily
- Consistent workflow with steady vehicle flow throughout the day
This is suitable for individuals who enjoy staying active and working closely around vehicles in a supportive shop culture that values hard work and effort.
Candidate Profile
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and swiftly
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting
- Positive outlook and team-oriented mindset
- Drive to ensure each vehicle achieves an excellent finished appearance
- Valid Class 5 driver's license is mandatory
Experience with polishing, paint protection, shampooing, or general detailing is considered advantageous, but the right attitude and dedication are equally critical. Training will be provided through Go Auto U, so prior mastery isn’t required.
