Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support daily for desktops and endpoint devices.
• Assist IT teams with on-site support as needed.
• Install, assemble, and configure desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Manage and update support tickets systematically.
• Implement system changes in line with company policies.
• Troubleshoot remotely using desktop support tools.
• Maintain and update technical documentation regularly.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems including XP, 7, 10, and 11.
• Knowledge of IT assets, desktop applications, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) for support.
• Experience with remote desktop and application troubleshooting.
• Competence in disk management, encryption, and wireless network configuration.
• Setup and troubleshoot email clients and connectivity issues.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve printer and copier problems both locally and remotely.
