Job description
Role Overview
The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting various desktop environments and issues to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction. This role involves expertise in operating system installation, network boot services, and resolving various system errors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation of operating systems through methods including network-based approaches.
- Utilize Autopilot and PXI (PXE) boot techniques to deploy OS images efficiently.
- Manage and configure Windows Deployment Services (WDS) servers to automate deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft OneDrive issues, including synchronization and access problems.
- Diagnose and resolve system errors such as blue screen failures and event lock occurrences.
- Identify and fix black screen errors to restore system usability.
- Address access issues where login credentials are correct, but the page remains inaccessible.
- Resolve data duplication conflicts occurring during data migration between old and new laptops.
Additional Information
Salary offered ranges between 25,000 and 30,000 INR per month.
