About the Role
We are seeking experienced Design Managers or Senior Designers specializing in 3D retail interiors and 2D wayfinding to join our team. Candidates should possess 6 to 10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong design skills, client management capabilities, team leadership, and an impressive portfolio. The 2D design role specifically requires expertise in signage and wayfinding systems.
Responsibilities
The position involves leading design projects with an emphasis on retail, interior, hospitality, or wayfinding environments. Candidates will handle client interactions, oversee project execution, and manage teams effectively to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must have a background in architecture or design, with formal qualifications such as B.Arch or a Design degree preferred. Experience in conceptual design, client engagement, project delivery, and team leadership are essential.
