Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a proficient Design Manager with substantial expertise in electrical engineering to oversee complex projects related to electrical substations and transmission lines. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of experience in project management, technical supervision, and support within Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- At least 15 years of overall experience including project management, supervision, and technical oversight.
- Minimum 10 years engaged in similar projects specifically within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Technical Knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Electricity Company guidelines.
- Familiarity with technical standards and codes related to electrical transmission.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and resolution skills to handle conflicts.
- Ability to manage project pressures, mitigate risks, and maintain high-quality delivery.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
