Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Draftsman to become part of our Technical Office team for the development of high-rise towers in Riyadh. The selected candidate will be tasked with converting engineering designs and sketches into precision-driven, regulation-compliant technical drawings. They will manage drawing registries, editing histories, and coordinate closely with both design and site teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness, thereby preventing construction delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and revise detailed shop, as-built, and working drawings based on engineering sketches and design outputs.
• Guarantee all drawings meet the required project specifications, official codes, and approved design markers.
• Collaborate with design engineers to properly integrate changes and annotations.
• Maintain organized logs of drawing registers, revisions, and issuance records.
• Assist with clash detection and coordination, particularly within BIM environments.
• Communicate effectively with site engineers to resolve any inconsistencies found during construction phases.
• Ensure that all drawings are submitted punctually for approval cycles by consultants and clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 to 8 years of drafting experience, especially related to high-rise or extensive building projects.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD (both 2D and 3D); experience with Revit or BIM coordination is highly desirable.
• Background working on towers or high-rise developments, preferably within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is advantageous.
