Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Dermatologist to be based in Doha, Qatar, working onsite. The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing an extensive range of dermatologic conditions involving the skin, hair, and nails, such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and infections. Responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, thorough clinical assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating individualized treatment plans.

In addition, this role involves performing cosmetic dermatology treatments including non-surgical aesthetic procedures, laser applications, and skin rejuvenation techniques, with a focus on safety and comprehensive patient education. The Dermatologist will serve collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, maintain precise medical documentation, and stay abreast of the latest developments in dermatology and cosmetic medicine.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated clinical proficiency in dermatology and general medicine, capable of diagnosing and treating a wide variety of skin-related ailments.
• Expertise in cosmetic dermatology, proficient in common aesthetic procedures and minimally invasive treatments.
• Specific experience with acne evaluation and management protocols.
• Holds a recognized medical qualification (MD or equivalent) along with completed specialist training or residency in dermatology.
• Eligibility or ability to obtain licensure to practice dermatology in Qatar is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, emphasizing patient-centered care and ethical standards.
• Effective teamwork skills in culturally diverse healthcare settings, adapting well to multidisciplinary collaboration.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to evidence-based dermatologic and cosmetic practices.
