Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the store at Ortenburger Str. 19, 83224 Grassau, is operational and sales-ready, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to form a strong leadership team.
• Maintain regular communication with the Store Manager on relevant operational topics and ensure information flow and task delegation to staff.
• Maintain order and organization in the store, handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Continuously monitor key performance indicators, managing sales and inventory control jointly with the Store Manager.
