  • Execute salary benchmarking and scrutinize market trends to uphold competitive compensation structures.

  • Oversee the administration of the annual performance management and compensation review processes.
  • Conduct job grading and sizing using established evaluation frameworks to align with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of four years’ focused experience in compensation and total rewards management.
  • Thorough knowledge of compensation systems and applicable local labor laws.
  • Practical experience with salary surveys, market benchmarking, and data analysis techniques.
  • Advanced skills in data management and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong analytical abilities combined with effective communication skills for engaging with various organizational partners.
