Department Manager (m/w/d)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Department Manager to lead and energize our Pull&Bear store team in Bochum. This full-time, permanent position requires operational strength combined with leadership skills to ensure smooth daily operations behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Support store management by leading and motivating teams during daily operations.
• Ensure seamless integration of processes, customer service, and sales activities.
• Identify where additional support is necessary and proactively intervene.
• Collaborate with management to implement store standards and maintain consistent commercial momentum.
• Provide structure within the store to build a foundation for success.

• Possess the ability to recognize when and where support is required and act accordingly.
• Commit to upholding standards alongside management and guiding the team effectively.
