Position Overview

Located at Sarabhai Campus, Vadodara, Gujarat, this full-time role requires working mid-shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM) or night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM). We seek a qualified dentist to join our dental revenue cycle management (RCM) team, supporting US dental practices by combining clinical expertise with dental insurance tasks such as billing, claims processing, pre-authorizations, and insurance follow-ups.

Key Duties

• Assess treatment plans, dental x-rays, periodontal charts, and clinical notes for accuracy and completeness.
• Determine the clinical rationale and medical necessity behind proposed dental procedures.
• Prepare detailed narratives to support claims and pre-authorization requests.
• Identify any missing documentation and collaborate with dental offices to resolve these gaps.
• File dental insurance claims and pre-determinations/pre-authorizations accurately.
• Track and follow up on pending, denied, rejected, or underpaid claims using insurance portals, emails, and phone communication.
• Correct and appeal claims as needed by submitting required additional documentation.
• Explain dental procedures, related CDT codes, and requirements for US dental insurance thoroughly.
• Engage in voice and non-voice operations by communicating with US insurance companies and dental offices about claim statuses, denials, and documentation needs.
• Maintain and update claim trackers, follow-up records, and prepare daily productivity reports ensuring timely and quality completions.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of BDS or MDS degree from a recognized dental college.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; prior clinical dental experience or dental RCM knowledge is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of dental clinical documentation and dental procedures.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken, along with confidence in phone interactions.
• Basic computer literacy, meticulous attention to detail, and readiness to work shifts aligned with US timezone.

• Location: Sarabhai Campus, Vadodara, Gujarat.
• Shift options: Mid Shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM) or Night Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Salary Range: INR 300000 to INR 750000 per annum.
