Role Overview

The Dental Technician position is a full-time, on-premises role based in Tirana. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, crafting, and adjusting dental prosthetics—including crowns, bridges, and dentures—based on dentist instructions. Daily duties involve working with dental impressions, digital scans, and models; selecting suitable materials; and operating laboratory tools and equipment to guarantee precise fit, functionality, and esthetics. Close cooperation with dentists and clinical teams is essential, alongside maintaining a clean and orderly lab environment and complying with safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include quality control, minor repairs, and contributing to process enhancements within the lab.

Qualifications and Skills

• Firm knowledge of dental care principles and clinical workflows with a patient-centered approach.
• Experience with prosthodontics focused on both fixed and removable dental prosthetics.
• Advanced expertise in dental technologies, including handling impressions, models, digital workflows, and dental materials.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques such as precise manual fabrication, equipment management, and infection control.
• Completion of relevant technical education or certification in dental technology or a comparable field.
• Excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and dedication to accuracy and quality.
