About the Role
Join the Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay as a Demi Chef De Partie specializing in the bakery section. Located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay, this opportunity involves crafting a diverse range of baked delights including desserts, pastries, cakes, and breads. You will be responsible for developing recipes, applying various baking techniques to ensure consistent quality, and offering innovative, exciting creations that enhance guest experiences.
Daily Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of bakery items with attention to quality and presentation.
- Develop and refine recipes to maintain and improve product standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry kitchen environment.
- Implement strict hygiene and sanitation measures according to health and safety requirements.
- Deliver Warm, welcoming service embodying Holiday Inn's high standards.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a similar bakery chef role is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships within the team.
- Possess creativity, originality, and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Demonstrate focus and the drive to achieve outstanding results independently and collaboratively.
