Demand Planning Staff Analyst

The Demand Planning Staff Analyst will oversee forecasting across Hardware, Consumables, and Service Parts within a designated region, bridging commercial, finance, and supply chain teams to develop actionable demand plans that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete regional demand forecast for multiple product categories aligning with commercial and financial goals.
• Analyze statistical data alongside market intelligence and commercial insights to refine forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to agree on assumptions, address risks, and identify opportunities.
• Support and engage in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process ensuring transparency in demand variability and drivers.
• Track and enhance key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, and inventory status.
• Diagnose causes of forecast discrepancies and implement corrective measures proactively.
• Identify external demand risks like policy shifts and market changes, escalating them with mitigation strategies and contributing to ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, statistics, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or S&OP/IBP roles.
• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities coupled with proficiency in forecasting and planning tools.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams across regions without formal authority.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Additional Information

• This remote position is based in Singapore and reports to the Senior Manager of Demand Planning within the Global Supply Chain team.
• Travel requirements include 10-15% global overnight travel.
