Job Role and Responsibilities

• Identify potential contacts by utilizing professional networking sites and other relevant platforms.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, cold calling, and consistent lead generation efforts.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospective clients.
• Execute outbound calls targeting prospects across specified geographic regions.
• Strive to meet and surpass the targets that are assigned.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Strong proficiency in English communication.
• Open to diploma holders, undergraduates, or graduates from any discipline.
• Freshers without prior experience are welcome.
• Preference for candidates with BPO or lead generation experience.
• Candidates must be willing to work onsite from the office.
• Willingness to work night shifts on a rotational basis.
• Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented individuals.
