Role Overview
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in person, by phone, and via email.
- Assist retail operations through merchandising and maintaining the store environment.
- Provide top-tier service during product deliveries to customers' homes.
- Perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles and store premises daily.
- Manage customer interactions during delivery, address any issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Coordinate and complete all necessary paperwork with customers on-site.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a valid full-class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting items over 50 pounds and handling large furniture and home goods.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused, results-driven mindset.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass criminal, employment, and driving background verifications.

Compensation and Additional Information
The position offers hourly compensation between 20 and 21 CAD, plus eligibility for monthly performance bonuses. Compensation is competitively designed considering market standards, internal fairness, and candidate experience, with potential flexibility for exceptional backgrounds.
