Job Overview
Tick Route company is looking to fill three vacancies for Delivery Services Representatives exclusively for Saudi nationals, based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves carrying out customer order deliveries following established routes and schedules, ensuring timely delivery, service quality, order safety, and maintaining professional customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform deliveries according to approved routes and plans.
- Verify orders and update their status using relevant systems and applications.
- Adhere to daily delivery schedules strictly.
- Maintain professionalism when dealing with customers.
- Take care of the vehicle, orders, and entrusted items responsibly.
- Comply with traffic laws, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be a Saudi national.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use delivery applications and navigation tools effectively.
- Exhibit discipline, commitment, and responsibility.
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics sectors is preferred.
