Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and responsible Delivery Rider to ensure prompt and secure delivery of orders to customers. The candidate must focus on achieving high customer satisfaction through efficient service.
Primary Duties
- Pick up and deliver orders within the assigned area.
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time.
- Verify delivery information including address and contact number.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols during deliveries.
