About the Role
Swiggy is looking for Food Delivery Partners to operate in the city zones and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible working hours including full-time and part-time options, allowing you to choose shifts that fit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect food orders promptly from restaurants.
- Deliver orders to customers within the promised time frame.
- Ensure all deliveries are handled hygienically and safely.
- Efficiently utilize the Swiggy delivery application for order updates and tracking.
- Demonstrate polite and professional behavior when interacting with customers.
- Handle cash or digital payments when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Possession of a two-wheeler such as a bike or scooter.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Basic comprehension and communication skills in Hindi.
