About the Role

Swiggy is seeking Delivery Partners to operate in areas including Koramangala, HSR Layout, Adugodi, Jakasandra, Ejipura, Madiwala, Silk Board, and BTM Layout in Bengaluru. The position is full-time with immediate joining, welcoming both freshers and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect food orders from restaurants partnered with Swiggy.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of orders to customers.
• Maintain high standards of customer service during deliveries.
• Follow specified delivery routes and guidelines diligently.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and restaurant teams.

Work Schedule and Area

• Shift timing: from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
• Daily working hours: 11 hours including a 1-hour break.
• One day off per week.
• Deliveries typically confined within a 4-5 kilometer radius from the base location.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license.
• Possession of an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Must have Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and a bank account.
• Both newcomers and those with prior experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of ₹37,000.
• Weekly fuel and food reimbursements amounting up to ₹3,000.
