Overview

MRD Solutions is seeking dependable and energetic Delivery Executives to manage parcel deliveries for Flipkart across Chennai. This role involves collecting packages from distribution hubs and ensuring prompt and safe delivery to customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Retrieve assigned packages from Flipkart’s delivery hub.
• Deliver parcels safely within the designated customer areas.
• Confirm customer identity and obtain signatures on delivery confirmation.
• Collect Cash on Delivery payments as applicable.
• Update delivery status using a mobile application.
• Handle packages with care following company protocols.
• Engage professionally and courteously with customers during deliveries.
• Return any undelivered packages and collected payments to the hub.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Preferred education: completion of 10th grade.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Ownership of a bike or scooter.
• An Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Must have Aadhaar card, PAN card, and bank account.
• Strong familiarity with local routes in Chennai.
• Both freshers and experienced applicants are invited to apply.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and navigation tools.
• Customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle flexible shifts including weekends.
