Delivery Partner (Delivery Boy)

About the Role

Swiggy is recruiting Delivery Partners to efficiently collect and deliver orders from restaurants, grocery stores, and other partner outlets to customers promptly and safely. This position offers flexible hours along with performance-related income opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept orders through the Swiggy Delivery Partner app.
• Collect orders from specified restaurants or stores.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws during deliveries.
• Keep food and other items secure and intact during transit.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers.
• Update delivery progress and information accurately within the app.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Possess a valid driving license for two-wheelers (except in locations where cycle delivery is allowed).
• Must have a bike, scooter, or cycle appropriate to the city demands.
• Own a smartphone with reliable internet connectivity.
• Basic familiarity with local neighborhoods and routes.
• Hold required identity and banking documents such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, and bank account details.
