About the Role
Join CyberForce Global as a Delivery Go-To-Market (GTM) Consultant based in Bank, London. This full-time, primarily office-based role (four days onsite weekly) is ideal for candidates eager to engage actively in recruitment supporting high-growth cybersecurity, technology, and venture capital-backed startups across the UK, Europe, and the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Consultants managing open roles focusing on GTM, cybersecurity, and startup markets.
- Identify and attract top talent in sales, marketing, customer success, and other GTM-related positions.
- Maintain and develop strong candidate relationships through consistent communication.
- Evaluate candidates' experience, motivations, and career ambitions thoroughly.
- Organize interviews, collect feedback, and support candidates throughout recruitment procedures.
- Gain comprehensive market insight including client base and technology startup trends.
- Contribute to outreach strategies and discover emerging talent within rapidly expanding sectors.
- Enhance skills in sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Advance towards managing personal client accounts and recruitment responsibilities independently.

- Educational background: graduate, A-Level completed, or experience in sales, recruitment, customer support or commercial roles is suitable.
