Delivery Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and accountable Delivery Executives to join our team focusing on Swiggy Food Delivery and Instamart grocery deliveries. Successful candidates will be tasked with collecting orders from restaurants or Instamart outlets and ensuring timely and safe delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up food orders from various restaurants and grocery items from Instamart stores.
• Deliver customer orders accurately and within the designated timeframe.
• Confirm order information before collection and final delivery.
• Handle all food and grocery items with care to preserve product quality.
• Use the Swiggy delivery partner application for order acceptance, navigation assistance, and updates.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Collect cash payments when necessary and maintain precise transaction records.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers, restaurant/store personnel, and colleagues.
• Report any delivery challenges, including damaged or missing products and customer complaints, to the relevant support teams.
• Keep delivery vehicles and bags clean and well-maintained.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a smartphone with reliable internet access.
• Own a two-wheeled vehicle with all valid documents where required.
• Hold a valid driving license, along with vehicle registration and insurance as applicable.
• Have a basic understanding of smartphone apps and navigation tools like Google Maps.
• Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills.
• Available to work variable hours, including weekends and peak shopping times.
• Physically able to frequently ride and carry delivery packages.
