Delivery Executive

Role Overview

The Delivery Executive is entrusted with the crucial task of delivering mobile phones, electronic items, and other products directly to customers while ensuring safe and timely arrival.

Primary Duties

• Handle products carefully to prevent damage during delivery.
• Verify orders and accompanying invoices prior to handing over products to customers.
• Collect payments when applicable and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain detailed and precise records of all deliveries made.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with customers throughout the delivery process.
• Adhere to the pre-established delivery schedule and coordinate effectively with store and warehouse teams.
• Promptly report any problems encountered during delivery, including delays or product damages, to the appropriate manager.
• Exhibit punctuality, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility for company assets.

Candidate Expectations

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of local routes and areas.
• Hold a valid driving licence and own a two-wheeler for transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and professional conduct.
