Job Overview
We are seeking a Delivery Executive responsible for handling and completing local deliveries and collections personally. This role involves using logistics partners such as Porter and courier services for handling larger or outstation shipments. The candidate will be expected to travel across various states and locations as needed to ensure successful deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute local deliveries and collection tasks independently.
- Engage Porter, courier, and other logistic services for bigger or outstation consignments.
- Travel to different states or locations to fulfill delivery requirements.
- Track shipments and coordinate timely delivery with logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate delivery records including acknowledgments and proof of delivery.
- Provide daily status reports to the Operations team regarding shipments, deliveries, and pending actions.
- Be physically present in the office during workdays to support general operational duties.
- Manage and replenish office supplies such as stationery, packaging materials, and other consumables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure availability of required materials.
- Assume complete ownership of assigned deliveries and operational assignments ensuring on-time completion.
