Delivery Driver & Warehouse Operative

Overview

Access Garage Doors LTD, a well-established garage door distribution and installation company with over five decades of experience, is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver and Warehouse Operative based in Crawley, West Sussex. This key role involves both driving and warehouse responsibilities, contributing to timely and safe deliveries across the South East and Midlands regions, along with assisting in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the vehicle is properly loaded for deliveries.
• Driving regularly to customers located in the South East and Midlands areas.
• Unloading garage doors and spare parts independently when customers are not present.
• Assisting the warehouse team with loading vehicles for upcoming deliveries.
• Performing general warehouse tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must hold a clean driving licence with no more than three penalty points.
• Proven experience driving within the South East region.
• Physically fit to undertake heavy lifting associated with the role.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Reliability and trustworthiness are required.

Working Hours

The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
