Job Overview

This role requires providing exceptional customer service while handling pizza deliveries for Domino's. Core expectations include courteous communication with carryout customers and answering phone calls professionally. Maintaining a neat company-standard image is essential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist customers politely and accurately regarding menu items.
• Follow customer service steps: apologize, fulfill their request, and offer an additional item to enhance satisfaction.
• Ensure pizza makers count all pepperoni and ham on orders daily, regardless of quantity.
• Do not clear pizzas before they are ready to be baked.
• Maintain at least $1 in coin change for every delivery and always offer change verbally to customers.
• Carry no more than $20 on your person during work hours, including personal funds.
• Prohibit carrying any knives or weapons while working.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and promote a positive brand image.
• Drivers must not begin routes or check in early before delivery.
• Pizza makers must wash hands prior to preparing food and adhere to approved procedures.
• Complete the Safe Delivery computer-based training (CBT) before starting deliveries.
• Confirm every order's accuracy by repeating details and verifying the customer's name and address.

Compensation
