Job Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle available for deliveries
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Safe driving record consistent with company standards
• Ability to read maps and navigate diverse delivery locations including multi-story buildings

Key Responsibilities

• Operate all necessary equipment efficiently
• Transfer stock from delivery area to storage and preparation spaces
• Prepare food products as required
• Handle telephone orders
• Perform inventory checks and complete related paperwork
• Daily cleaning of equipment and facilities
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members both verbally and in writing

Required Skills and Abilities

• Quick and accurate arithmetic skills, including making correct change
• Proficiency in using order entry systems via computer or touchscreen
• Good hand-eye coordination for precise and rapid movements

Working Conditions

• Exposure to various and sometimes harsh weather during deliveries
• Temperature fluctuations within store environments ranging from cool (36°F) to hot (90°F+)
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, heated surfaces, and sharp equipment
• Working in confined spaces such as walk-in coolers

Physical Requirements

• Repeated forward bending at the waist during pizza assembly and stocking tasks
• Occasional crouching and squatting for cleaning and stocking
• Continuous reaching up to heights above 72 inches for oven controls and signage tasks
• Frequent use of both hands for handling pizza dough, utensils, and packaging

Driving Duties

• Deliver pizzas and related promotional materials to customers' doors and neighborhoods
• Navigate various terrain, including climbing staircases up to five flights
• Employ navigational skills to locate addresses within the delivery zone

• Must have good vision, including night vision, for driving
