Job Details

Delivery experts receive mileage reimbursement to offset fuel and vehicle expenses. Tips and mileage reimbursements are paid daily, with hourly wages disbursed biweekly. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology enhances delivery speed and safety, translating to more earnings.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license; eligibility to use company vehicle requires minimum 2 years driving experience and age 21 or older.
• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance if opting for personal vehicle use.
• Ability to navigate and deliver efficiently within assigned areas, including multi-story buildings.
• Good map reading and navigation skills.
• Capability to adhere to instructions, work independently and collaboratively, uphold quality standards under pressure, provide excellent customer service, and make sound decisions.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Exposure to various weather conditions and changing temperatures, ranging from cold (36°F) to hot (90°F+).
• Work involves handling food odor fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces (ovens up to 500°F), sharp edges, and moving parts.
• Physical activities include walking, carrying pizza and beverages, climbing stairs (up to 5+ flights), stooping, bending, reaching above and below shoulder height, hand coordination for pizza preparation tools, and sensory requirements such as vision, hearing, and temperature differentiation.

Additional Information

This role is employed by an independently operated franchise, separate from Domino’s Pizza corporate entities. Employment decisions and policies rest solely with the franchisee.
