Job Overview

Domino's is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers to join our team in Walnut Ridge, AR. We prioritize our people and offer flexible scheduling with options for part-time or full-time hours to suit your lifestyle. Drivers generally earn over $20 per hour through a combination of wages, tips, and mileage reimbursements.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and products safely and efficiently within designated areas using either your own vehicle or a provided company car (subject to eligibility).
• Use advanced technology to optimize delivery routes and speed.
• Carry and transport orders to customers, often navigating multi-story buildings and varying weather conditions.
• Maintain a clean driving record and practice safe driving habits.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record verified through Motor Vehicle Report.
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance if choosing to use personal transportation.
• Good navigation skills including reading maps and locating addresses efficiently.
• Ability to handle physical requirements such as walking, carrying, climbing stairs (up to five flights), stooping, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive hand tasks.
• Adaptability to work in environments with temperature variations, odors, and tight spaces.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, perform under pressure, and maintain quality customer service.
• Pass background check.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Exposure to varying and sometimes harsh weather conditions during deliveries.
• Work areas with temperature fluctuations from 36 to over 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Physical demands include walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching above head height, manual pizza assembly tasks requiring hand-eye coordination and hand strength.
