Role Overview

Jaybro is seeking two skilled drivers to join their Carole Park team: one Delivery Driver and one Truck Driver (minimum MR licence required). This is a full-time permanent position with typical working hours scheduled from 5:30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of products across Brisbane, maintaining product integrity and condition.
• Support warehouse activities including picking, packing, and inventory maintenance.
• Engage professionally with customers to deliver excellent service and support.
• Conduct quality checks to verify accuracy and condition of products before dispatch.
• Perform routine inspections and upkeep on delivery vehicles for safety and operational reliability.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Hold a valid C class or MR driver’s licence.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries and familiarity with the Brisbane region is highly favorable.
• Physically capable of lifting loads up to 20kg.
• Demonstrate strong commitment to safe driving and operational safety standards.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show reliability, punctuality, and ability to work well within a team.
• Detail-oriented with a dedication to quality service delivery.
• Exhibit a positive work attitude and strong professional ethics.
