Role Overview
Jaybro is seeking two skilled drivers to join their Carole Park team: one Delivery Driver and one Truck Driver (minimum MR licence required). This is a full-time permanent position with typical working hours scheduled from 5:30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of products across Brisbane, maintaining product integrity and condition.
- Support warehouse activities including picking, packing, and inventory maintenance.
- Engage professionally with customers to deliver excellent service and support.
- Conduct quality checks to verify accuracy and condition of products before dispatch.
- Perform routine inspections and upkeep on delivery vehicles for safety and operational reliability.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Hold a valid C class or MR driver’s licence.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Experience with multi-drop deliveries and familiarity with the Brisbane region is highly favorable.
- Physically capable of lifting loads up to 20kg.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to safe driving and operational safety standards.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Show reliability, punctuality, and ability to work well within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a dedication to quality service delivery.
- Exhibit a positive work attitude and strong professional ethics.
