Core Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas within an assigned area, sometimes completing multiple deliveries per shift.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely and in compliance with company standards.
• Assist with ingredient stocking, product preparation, and order receiving.
• Handle telephone orders and process transactions accurately, including making change.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ownership of a reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Good driving record adhering to company safety standards.
• Capability to navigate using maps and understand delivery routes, including complex terrain like multi-story buildings.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with ability to use a calculator.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to process orders and interact with customers and coworkers.
• Motor coordination skills to perform tasks quickly and accurately.
• Comfort with using computers or touch screens for order entry.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Exposure to varying temperature conditions, both in-store and outdoors.
• Handling food odors, cornmeal dust, and working around hot surfaces and sharp equipment parts.
• Physical activities include standing most of the shift, walking short distances, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying various sized products, pushing and pulling carts, climbing ladders or stairs occasionally, and frequent reaching, bending, and crouching.
• Manual dexterity required for pizza dough shaping and continuous use of hands during shift.
