Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct full lifecycle recruitment focused on a 180 recruitment model.
• Supply CVs for senior consultants and the director-level team.
• Source candidates through job boards, internal databases, and professional networks including LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with clients on a global scale.
• Create compelling job advertisements and promote open roles across multiple platforms.
• Manage a busy permanent recruitment desk, specializing in a specific vertical market.
