About the Role
We are seeking a motivated 180 Recruitment Consultant based in London to specialize in candidate delivery. This full-time on-site position involves sourcing, evaluating, and managing quality candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, collaborating closely with senior consultants to secure successful hires. Ideal candidates are driven by sales, enjoy building rapport with senior talent, and aspire to grow into an accomplished recruitment professional. The role promises exposure to high-caliber markets, mentorship from experienced consultants, and a defined growth corridor within an expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-house databases to find top-tier candidates.
- Perform initial screening calls and detailed interviews with candidates.
- Assess candidate fit against live job requirements and hiring criteria.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and CRM with precision.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Prepare candidates adequately for interviews and relay feedback effectively throughout recruitment stages.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with candidates to build a lasting talent network.
- Collaborate with 360 recruitment consultants to meet client needs efficiently.
- Assist with onboarding procedures when necessary.
- Stay engaged with candidates and keep abreast of market trends.

- Some background in sales or recruitment roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
