Job Overview

This role involves collecting customer orders such as groceries and daily essentials and ensuring their prompt delivery from the warehouse or store to the customer's residence.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up customer orders including groceries and daily items and deliver them.
• Transport orders from warehouse/store locations directly to customer homes.
• Ensure timely deliveries, generally within 10-20 minutes.
• Communicate politely with customers during deliveries.
• Use the mobile application to accept orders and update delivery statuses promptly.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available for both part-time and full-time engagement.
• Typically work 8-10 hours per day when on full-time shifts.
• Peak working times are in the morning and evening hours.

Compensation

• Salary ranges between ₹45,000 and ₹80,000 per month depending on the city and number of orders.
• Income includes per-order earnings, performance incentives, and tips.
• Higher number of deliveries directly increases overall earnings.

Requirements

• Minimum education requirement: completion of 10th grade.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access.
• Applicants are required to submit photographs of their Aadhaar card (both front and back) and a recent selfie.
