About the Role

We are seeking dependable, diligent, and responsible Delivery Riders to become part of our delivery network across India. Successful candidates will be tasked with collecting grocery and daily essentials orders from designated Blinkit Dark Stores and ensuring their safe and timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from assigned Blinkit Dark Stores.
• Deliver grocery and daily essential products punctually and in good condition.
• Handle items carefully to avoid damage or leakage.
• Utilize the Blinkit Delivery Application and GPS navigation for managing orders.
• Collect payments from customers when necessary.
• Regularly update delivery status via the app.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety standards.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers.

Candidate Eligibility

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Possess a personal bike or scooter.
• Have an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Exhibit responsibility and punctuality.
• Submit required documents including Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, bank account details, and a passport-sized photograph.

Additional Information

• Positions are available across all locations in India (PAN India recruitment).
• Compensation package includes a monthly salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 plus incentives up to ₹20,000.
• Total earning potential can reach up to ₹90,000 monthly.
• Salary and incentives may vary depending on geographical location, working hours, delivery volume, performance, and company policies.
