Company Overview

Whitefox Smart Care Private Limited is seeking a diligent and responsible Bike Rider/Pickup and Delivery Executive to handle clothing pickup and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect clothes from customers' homes or offices.
• Deliver washed and prepared garments safely to customers.
• Manage pickup and drop-off of clothing between shops, factories, and customers.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned pickup and delivery tasks.
• Handle clothes and orders securely and carefully.
• Utilize mobile applications and map tools efficiently.
• Book Porter, Cab, or Bike services online when necessary.
• Assist with other responsibilities assigned by the company.

Required Qualifications

• Ownership of a personal bike is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid driving license is compulsory.
• Proficiency in using smartphones and internet applications.
• Familiarity with Google Maps or similar mapping tools.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Knowledge of online booking for Porter, Cab, Bike, etc.
• Ability to read and understand simple English.
• Must be responsible, honest, and punctual.
