Job description
Role Overview
As a Delivery Boy Biker, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt and secure transportation of customer orders from the designated hub to their respective destinations adhering to scheduled timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up customer orders from the assigned hub and deliver them within the specified schedules.
- Ensure accurate and safe handling of products during transit to preserve their quality.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments and correctly deposit them following company procedures.
- Maintain precise delivery logs and update status through the company's designated mobile app.
- Strictly follow delivery routes and instructions issued by the hub management team.
- Communicate effectively with hub personnel and customers to provide timely delivery updates.
- Comply with road safety rules, traffic regulations, and company policies throughout deliveries.
- Immediately report any discrepancies in cash collection, customer complaints, accidents, or delivery problems to supervisors.
