Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Boy to become part of our Blinkit team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and punctually, while upholding professionalism and company standards at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick up and deliver goods to designated recipients within scheduled timeframes.
- Verify order completeness before delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle the loading and unloading of products carefully and securely.
- Collect payments when applicable and issue relevant receipts or documentation.
- Interact courteously with clients to resolve any queries or issues that arise.
- Adhere to prescribed delivery routes and comply fully with traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Maintain precise delivery logs documenting times, destinations, and receipts.
Job Requirements
- Education: Below 10th grade minimum qualification.
- Experience: Between none to 4 years in a similar delivery role.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with navigation apps and tools is advantageous.
- Previous delivery experience will be regarded positively.
Compensation
This position provides a monthly salary ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹80,000.
