Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Boy to efficiently pick up and deliver grocery and daily essentials orders from warehouses or stores to customers' residences. The role requires timely deliveries, polite communication with customers, and regular updates via the app.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect customer orders from warehouses or stores and transport them to customers' homes.
- Ensure deliveries are completed promptly, typically within 10–20 minutes.
- Communicate respectfully with customers during delivery.
- Accept orders and update delivery status through the company application.
Work Schedule
- Flexible shifts available including both part-time and full-time options.
- Full-time availability involves working 8–10 hours daily.
- Peak hours are during the morning and evening periods.
Compensation
- Monthly earnings range between ₹45,000 and ₹80,000, depending on city and orders completed.
- Income comprises per order pay, incentives, and tips.
- Higher delivery volume directly increases earnings.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: Completion of 10th standard.
- Possession of a smartphone with internet access.
- Submission of Aadhaar card (front and back) and a recent selfie.
